PrintingPress Pro Extreme version 6.0 is now available. We have added even more powerful design features so you can produce fabulous invitations more quickly & easily then ever before.

The following pages will introduce you to the software and demonstrate how easy it is to design, print and mail sophisticated invitations and announcements with your PC and printer. To view some examples of stationery printed using PrintingPress, please visit our newsletter gallery.

The tour will show you the basics in PrintingPress Pro Extreme. It will guide you through the following steps to using PrintingPress Pro Extreme to manage an invitation or announcement project. We have indicated new PrintingPress 6.0 features in blue.

1. Enter and manage customers and their projects and address books. Search for customer folders.
2. Manage multiple invitation and announcement projects at once. Create new projects based on one of the included samples or on one of Content Partner templates for use with imprintable stationery from Meri Meri®, SanLori®, Bonnie Marcus®, Whitney English®, Hicks Paper Goods® and Masterpiece Studios®. PrintingPress Pro Extreme also includes Envelopments® recipes, templates for the AccuCut Pinnovation® system, and designs from the Carlson Craft® book to customize and submit to Carlson Craft for printing.
3. Create stationery and configure layout and margins. Pro Extreme layout options include multiple place cards per page, labels, address labels, business cards, postcards, StationeryStamps and gift wrap. Pro Extreme 6.0 also includes Envelopments® standard printable shapes and sizes and templates for AccuCut Pinnovation® dies.
4. Design your stationery with text, photos, graphics, monograms and shapes. The stationery editor includes zoom, accented characters, superscripts and fractions. Rulers make placing text and images easier. New text columns let you easily create ceremony programs or table seating charts. Add optional column connectors in a variety of styles.
5. Powerful envelopes allow you to specify one of 10 label name formats, specify an alternate font for the address, auto-spelling of state names and street numbers, even create an envelope with just a return address.
6. Adjust kerning for individual character pairs for addressed envelopes.
7. Add images to any stationery. Browse image thumbnails to quickly locate the desired image. Customize images with powerful image effects. New selective color feature allows you to selectively recolor or erase part of an image, border or pattern. Use controls on the Adjust palette to rotate, recolor or make white transparent for images and patterns or modify stationery borders and backgrounds.
8. Add multi-style floating text boxes to your stationery. Double-click on existing text boxes to edit text in place. Extreme type styles include patterned, outlined, embossed and engraved text as well as our point-size justification.
9. Type text on a curve, wave, circle, semi-circle, quarter-circle, spiral, vertical line and random jitter.
10. Add monograms to your stationery. Extreme monogram options include diamond and circle monograms. Even use an alternate font for side letters.
11. Add shapes to your stationery. Fill the shape with any color or pattern, add a frame, and outline and inner pen. Shape outlines include 45 QuicKutz® shapes.
12. Add graphical or custom borders to your stationery, photos, text boxes or monograms. We added 25 new line types to PrintingPress Pro Extreme 6.0, including Loops, Wave, Ric Rac, Double Line, Circle, Dash, Greek Key and more. Specify an alternate color for certain line types.
13. Use patterns in text, borders and backgrounds. Even create your own custom patterns.
14. Align and distribute floating objects.
15. Add a background image, color or pattern to your stationery. Repeat text or monograms to create a pattern - great for gift wrap!
16. Use the built-in spell checker to avoid spelling errors. Check spelling on all floating text boxes in-place.
17. Import addresses into the Address Book. PrintingPress Pro Extreme allows you to import from Word® and can automatically clean up addresses (remove extra spaces, etc.).
18. Compile a Mailing List from addresses in the Address Book and keep track of RSVPs and gifts received. Import Guest Lists for table place cards.
19. Print stationery using any printer. Print two-sided envelopes in a single pass or use the gang printing feature to print multiple items per sheet.
20. Print stationery to a graphic file for emailing proofs or offset printing. Includes optional watermark. Customize default email text for graphical proofs.
21. Print a font test sheet to show customers different font choices.
22. New search tool lets you search for projects and images.
23. Create employee logins with different access privileges.
24. Manage your printing business by printing reports by customer or by date, tracking project costs, and creating mailings to your customers.
